09:45 pm - She gets what she wants and she breaks what she gets I leave in a week! I went to Target today (among other places) to find dorm stuff and I must say, our dorm is going to rock. I bought a shower curtain covered in goldfish. I tried to find it on the website to show my roommate, and I couldn't, but I did find this gem. Why would someone want an outhouse shower curtain? I also rather spontaneously put a second hole in my left earlobe today, and am now pretty lopsided, but it's cool. 12:19 am - put my last quarter on My coworkers are really awesome when they're not being bitchy. Thanks to them I now have a delicious birthday cake, two cards (one handmade!), two packs of m&m's, a tie-dye kit (which I actually really wanted), a book about how to be a hippie (lol! it includes how to milk a goat, name your hippie baby, and make "oregano" brownies), and a really pretty graphic novel about mice (idk, I haven't read it yet but it seems like Redwall except pretty pretty graphic novel). And my birthday isn't even until Monday! edit: oh, the store owner signed the card "finally! 15 at last!". I will be 18. he is rather old but I CANNOT TELL IF HE WAS KIDDING. I'm glad to be out of high school but I guess I miss it because I am a sap. I'm moving to Pittsburgh at the end of August; I'm going to go to Point Park University to major in stage management. Right now I've been spending my summer working and cleaning the house and sitting around. I hate heat. I need to brag again that I met Andrew McMahon last week. I went to work today. And to the library, and to the salvation army donation place, and I made cookies, ( don't they look good? ) Woo productivity. I'm basically having a music party with myself and Oliver the iPod right now, yeah. I've done like, six loads of laundry in the past 24 hours. Also packed stuff, donated to Salvation Army, gotten a haircut and learned a new joke. 11:52 am - Attention, attention, may I have all your eyes and ears Hurray, new journal. I actually intend to post more often ever now. Someone needs to make me do something worthwhile this summer. I went to Denver (they have diagonal crosswalks) and I'm going to an art camp next week (yeah, it's basically day camp. and I'm nearly seventeen) and Europe next month (hoooollyyy craaaappp). but right now all I do is sleep too much and work and occasionally actually go out and do something. what's that over there? oh yeah, the seven books I'm supposed to read this summer. and the boxes I need to pack by next month.
